| Body Conditoning |
A full body resistance workout that will tone up even
the most stubborn areas. Suitable for all levels of fitness this class
will guarantee a better shape in as little as 8 weeks. Motivating and
lively music combines with fun routines to make this class a superb
start to the week! |
| New Mums |
It's a challenge to get out the house when you've got a baby in tow,
and even harder to get back in shape. This class will give you a chance
to ease yourself back into exercise without the hassle of getting a babysitter.
Bring baby with you (as long as they are not mobile yet!) and if you
need to drop out for a feed or nappy change that's fine!! |
| Step (Intermediate) |
This is an high energy step workout, which will challenge your co-ordination
and stamina. That said, the time passes so quickly as you can't help
but enjoy this fantastic class with a truly charismatic instructor and
imaginative choreography. |
| Core Stability |
This workout uses the stability ball to produce a brilliant
workout for your core strength. Get your abs in great shape, improve
your posture,
help strengthen your back slim your waist down. |
| Circuits |
This class will leave you buzzing with energy and
feeling great. A combination of aerobics and resistance work designed to
maximise the effectiveness of your workout. Just the ticket for the Christmas
excesses and lots of fun! |
