CLASS DESCRIPTION
Body Conditoning A full body resistance workout that will tone up even the most stubborn areas. Suitable for all levels of fitness this class will guarantee a better shape in as little as 8 weeks. Motivating and lively music combines with fun routines to make this class a superb start to the week!
New Mums It's a challenge to get out the house when you've got a baby in tow, and even harder to get back in shape. This class will give you a chance to ease yourself back into exercise without the hassle of getting a babysitter. Bring baby with you (as long as they are not mobile yet!) and if you need to drop out for a feed or nappy change that's fine!!
Step (Intermediate) This is an high energy step workout, which will challenge your co-ordination and stamina. That said, the time passes so quickly as you can't help but enjoy this fantastic class with a truly charismatic instructor and imaginative choreography.
Core Stability This workout uses the stability ball to produce a brilliant workout for your core strength. Get your abs in great shape, improve your posture, help strengthen your back slim your waist down.
Circuits

This class will leave you buzzing with energy and feeling great. A combination of aerobics and resistance work designed to maximise the effectiveness of your workout. Just the ticket for the Christmas excesses and lots of fun!
