TAMA FITNESS is a small company based in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. We have a purpose built studio that is also used as Ireland's most successful professional karate school.
We have a number of expert instructors all with their own speciality and unique way of teaching.
How to Find Us
From City Centre:
Travel along Ranelagh Road towards Clonskeagh. Go past the Bank of Ireland
on the left and take the 1st turning left
after the bank (Cullenswood Park). About 10 metres on the right there is a
lane. Go to the end of the lane and
we can be found in the long white building with black steel doors (you'll see
the sign on the wall)
From Clonskeagh:
Travel along Sandford Road towards Ranelagh Road until you get to Dance World
on the right. Take the next turning right
after Dance World (Cullenswood Park). About 10 metres on the right there is
a lane. Go to the end of the lane and
we can be found in the long white building with black steel doors (you'll see
the sign on the wall)
