GENERAL
- Tama Fitness or the Hombu Dojo accepts no responsibility
for any loss, theft or damage incurred to property or person whilst on the
premises.
- It is the responsibility of all class and personal training clients to
inform the instructor of any changes to health status that may affect fitness
or performance.
- we recommend that you consult a doctor prior to starting any new fitness
programs or if you have suffered from illness in the past that is likely
to be exaccerbated by physical exercise
CLASSES
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of classes.
- Please ensure that you sign in upon arrival
- We recommend that you bring a towel and water to class
- You must wear the appropriate footwear when training
- You will not be admitted to the class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
This is for your own safety and ensures that you have warmed up correctly.
- No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
- Tama Fitness reserves the right to amend the schedule as it sees fit and
to reduce class schedules during very quiet periods such as Christmas and Halloween
PERSONAL TRAINING
- No refunds will be given under any circumstancecs
- There is no expiry to personal training sessions, but after 1 year of non-attendance
TAMA FITNESS reserves the right to cancel remaining sessions.
- Where less than 2 hours notice is given of a cancellation, the client
will forfeit the session.
- Should TAMA FITNESS need to cancel a personal training session it will
do so with at least 2 hours notice.
- In order to be accepted as a client you must agree to:
1. Attend at least 2 sessions per week
2. Follow training schedule provided on another 3 occasions per week
3. Adhere to a prescribed healthy eating plan including 30 days without alcohol
and junk food
4. Refrain from smoking
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the forfeit of further sessions
- All personal training clients will be provided with access to the personal
training online site where workouts can be accessed and progress tracked.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
